Transportation:

Amtrak. Amtrak trains to (Hudson) take about two hours. Hudson is about 20 minutes away from Glencadia, the site of the 2024 First Annual Blue Bird Festival in the town of Stuyvesant. Overnight guests arriving for checking in on Saturday from 10 AM to 1 PM should take the Amtrak trains departing Moynihan Train Hall at 8:35 AM, 10:20 AM or 11:20 AM. Hudson is a bustling fun town and the train station is close to Warren Street, the heart of town. As you arrive in Hudson, text (866) 508-5704 for the van shuttle to the Blue Bird Festival. Return trips from Hudson to NYC leave at 1:28 PM, 2:32 PM, 3:32 PM and 4:52 PM. Amtrak trains do fill up.

Important Note: Amtrak has pretty amazing group deals and it’s much easier for us if you come in a group. So ask around! Get a group together! Groups require all participants to book the same train at the same time.
